Our rates
The gîte is let by the week, Saturday to Saturday, and by the night outside July and August. The rate is the same whatever the number of guests, up to four: you rent the whole house, its private terrace and its two parking spaces, with no sharing with other holidaymakers.

What the price includes
- Bed linen and towels, with the beds made up for your arrival
- Wifi and heating
- 10 kWh of electricity per night
- The private terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue
- The two private parking spaces
- Baby equipment, on request when you book
What comes on top
Tourist tax
€1.32 per adult per night, collected on site. Under-18s are exempt.
Cleaning package
€70, optional: you choose it when you send your request. Without it, the gîte is simply left clean when you go.
Electricity beyond the allowance
Metered at the start and end of your stay. Charging an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle is never included.
Barbecue charcoal
Not provided — bring some if you plan to use it.
How booking works
- You pick your nights in the calendar on the Booking page, which is kept up to date — or you call us.
- We confirm availability and send you the details of the stay.
- A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is settled as agreed between us, in cash, by French cheque or by bank transfer.
- On arrival, on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm, we welcome you in person and hand over the keys. A €500 security deposit is left at that point; it is not cashed and is returned after the check-out inspection, the following Saturday before 10 am.
