What comes up in the reviews

Three things above all: the quiet — there are houses around, but no through road and no bustle, and you sleep with the windows open; the location — hedgerow countryside on one side, the Côte des Isles beaches 8 km away on the other, so you can head off in any direction without ever facing a long drive; and the welcome — Sandrine and Serge live in the village, hand over the keys in person and are reachable throughout your stay.
